Mission Skinny Girl (Day 2)

Today is my official start of my P90X diet. I just got done doing my first exercise of my Lean Phase. It was intense, as I expected, and I am wore out! I am finding it hard to work in these exercises because I go to school in the morning and work at night, or vise versa. When I am finally home for the night, all I want to do is watch Jersey Shore or something of that kind.

Luckily, my husband is joining me in my P90X journey, though he doesn't need it. So it helps when we both are trying to eat healthy and exercise together. After our exercise, we usually make the protein shake, recipe provided in book, or i just use some organic soy milk and whey protein. Either way, I need the protein shake within an hour after exercising.

I do have a few things to say to Tony Horton:
1) I hate you
2) If I hear you say, "Pam Blam" again, im going to mute you.
