Mission: Skinny Girl (Day 3)
Well I had a little setback. From my last workout, i went out that night with a friend and we had a few drinks. THEN I was tired from staying up late, and getting up super early so I skipped a workout. Sad, Sad. Today I did my third workout. I did the cardio disc on the P90X. At first I hated it, and I mean I hated it. It had yoga on it, and I am NOT fan of yoga, for some reason. Then my cat kept attacking my leg, but the disc got faster and I opened up the blinds for the cat, so everybody won. I just need to get my eating schedule right, and cut out most carbs. Though, when I do eat carbs, its whole grain bread. I like to think thats a right choice in carbs. I did have organic soy milk and my protein powder. Its pretty good. If anybody is doing this P90X with me, please let me know! :)

Mission Skinny Girl (Day 2)
Today is my official start of my P90X diet. I just got done doing my first exercise of my Lean Phase. It was intense, as I expected, and I am wore out! I am finding it hard to work in these exercises because I go to school in the morning and work at night, or vise versa. When I am finally home for the night, all I want to do is watch Jersey Shore or something of that kind.
Luckily, my husband is joining me in my P90X journey, though he doesn't need it. So it helps when we both are trying to eat healthy and exercise together. After our exercise, we usually make the protein shake, recipe provided in book, or i just use some organic soy milk and whey protein. Either way, I need the protein shake within an hour after exercising.
I do have a few things to say to Tony Horton:
1) I hate you
2) If I hear you say, "Pam Blam" again, im going to mute you.

Mission: Skinny Girl (Day 1)
Now my mission: 90 days, hard core dieting, and the P90X. I really don't have an amount of pounds I want to loose. I will go by my clothes on how big OR small they are. I have made a deal with myself, and now I am going to tell you. That means, I HAVE to achieve it now or I will feel like a loser, lol.
My deal: Once I reach a size 8, I will buy myself a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes. So you are thinking, "Ok, a pair of shoes, really?". Well let me post a picture of the shoes I want and how much they cost. If this isn't motivation, then I don't know what is.

I couldn't make the picture bigger, but it is a brown suade pump with a red sole on the bottom. The cost: $795.00
Yaaaa.....
So, most likely I will change my mind. Things may come up, and I may want to buy something else or take a vacation or something. But, as of now, that is my motivation. I don't know, the vacation sounds pretty good right now. hah.
Tomorrow I will start my diet as well as my exercise regime. I will try posting my recipes and stuff on here or on my food blog. I am going by the exercise regime in the P90X in the book that it came with, and I will use the diet plan as a guideline that came with the program.
