Mission: Skinny Girl (Day 3)

Well I had a little setback. From my last workout, i went out that night with a friend and we had a few drinks. THEN I was tired from staying up late, and getting up super early so I skipped a workout. Sad, Sad. Today I did my third workout. I did the cardio disc on the P90X. At first I hated it, and I mean I hated it. It had yoga on it, and I am NOT fan of yoga, for some reason. Then my cat kept attacking my leg, but the disc got faster and I opened up the blinds for the cat, so everybody won. I just need to get my eating schedule right, and cut out most carbs. Though, when I do eat carbs, its whole grain bread. I like to think thats a right choice in carbs. I did have organic soy milk and my protein powder. Its pretty good. If anybody is doing this P90X with me, please let me know! :)
